cKers Finance (pronounced 'seekers') is looking for a young and dynamic retail loans sales head for its new retail lending foray into electric vehicles for commercial use segment. cKers Finance (cKers) is an innovative sustainability finance company focused on offering specialized debt products for Energy and Resource Sustainability initiatives, including rooftop solar and electric vehicles. The ideal candidate is someone who is outcome oriented and looking to be part of a young finance institution that is beginning to make waves. About cKers: cKers Finance aims to drive innovation in debt financing in areas related to Energy and Resource Sustainability. It invests in assets that will provide a higher return than what the market anticipates on a risk-adjusted basis. It has been launched by cKinetics (www.cKinetics.com) and IIM Ahmedabad's Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (www.CIIE.co) and also backed by Infuse Ventures (www.InfuseVentures.in). It is also backed by the California Clean Energy Fund (CalCEF) and has partnered with the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to grow the sustainable energy space in India. Position deliverables The role envisages the following: - Originate and manage partnership and alliances with Electric Vehicle OEMs and Electric Vehicle fleet operators - Manage city rollout and partner onboarding for retail Commercial EV loans - Manage Monthly sales planning with partners and customer onboarding - Manage Collections with partners and collection agencies About you: 1. You are a proactive and independent person and are looking to take on independent responsibility in new evolving EV loans segment, with little/ no support 2. You are good with people/customers as well as with numbers 3. You are looking to join a young firm and believe in the key role of emobility in driving sustainability transition in India You must have: - A post graduate qualification with 5+ years of experience in retail loans in sales and collections - Hands-on and good inter-personal skills, with a go-getter attitude - Attention to detail and accuracy Preference for: - Vehicle finance experience, especially new or used commercial vehicles or two wheelers - Experience of new retail loan product/ region rollout Location Base: New Delhi, India Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market If you are interested, please write to us with a resume and also include a note on why you fit the profile.
