cKers Finance is looking for an SME credit specialist to set up a lending desk, that will cater to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) setting-up solar on their rooftops. The ideal candidate is someone who is outcome oriented and looking to be part of a young finance institution that is beginning to make waves. You must have: - An MBA/ CA with 7-10 years of experience - Done SME credit for a leading bank or NBFC for atleast 5 years - Hands-on and good interpersonal skills, with an outgoing attitude - Attention to detail and accuracy It would be nice if you had: - Sales, policy, collection and/or product experience as it relates to SME lending - Experience of working in any of the sustainable energy segments that cKers is targeting
