Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through multiple channels, such as performance review, key business dashboards, patient satisfaction scores etc
- Design and create engaging training content based on requirements provided by the business
- Program Management and delivery of all types of training for different talent cohorts:
- New Hire training
- Refresher Training (Functional & Soft Skills)
- Compliance Training - POSH, Code of Conduct etc
- Audit/Measure training effectiveness of all programs and take steps to enhance ROI
- Maintain records of all trainings conducted, w.r.t mapped business KPI's and communicate outcomes to respective stakeholders
- Create engaging training content
- Identify internal trainers and conduct TTTs for them
- Collaborate with key function heads/spocs for KSA gaps, create programs to address the gaps and measurement matrix as per business goals
- Travel to all BFI centers based on a predefined schedule to identify gaps and solutions to bridge them
- Participate in cross functional projects
