Position Summary
Employee Engagement / HR would be engaging the employees to Gather regular feedback across the lifecycle and get intelligent actionable insights. Make quick decisions that impact engagement, action planning, performance, and innovation.
Key Deliverables/KRAs
- Planning & execution of Employee Engagement activities, Employee and Leadership Communications & Social Media Branding projects.
- Execution of innovative Virtual Games & activities for employees
- To conduct Connect Sessions with MD and employees
- Complete Intranet & Social Media Management
- Grievance Handling employee experience, social media, and event
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partners in conducting necessary investigations
- Employer branding internally and externally
Job Requirements
Qualification : MBA- HR
Work Experience : 3-5 Years
Special Requirements : Preferably from Supply Chain and Logistics Industry
