Cofounder/CTO - Pre-Seed Startup We are looking for a CTO for a prelaunch stage start up based out of Bengaluru but vision is of going national incl Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities (starting with Bengaluru). The start-up is a tech based city transport disruptor. - The founder is a renowned hand in the area with years of experience in top companies and with enviable educational pedigree. - We are now building the core team and are looking for talented, resourceful and driven candidates who are eager to experiment, excel at what they do and excited about taking the lead in building a successful startup business. - We are looking for a CTO+ Co- Founder to assist the Founder in building up the business model to make it a pan India brand, build traction and enhance valuation. Role : - The technology leader would play a pivotal role in the development of new web applications, mobile applications (Android, iOS) and feature enhancements in future. - The next stage would be to leverage tech and data to move to predictive demand forecasting and fulfilment. - Manage all technology platforms including the strategic planning, development, and support of all Web Initiatives. - Establish and monitor a web analytic regime that measures performance to goals - In the initial phase, most of the work is expected to be done by the founders. - Hire and Mentor team with good standards and ensure adherence Requirements : - Strong technologist with an ability to align technical design to meet the business vision - Experience in a start up from technology point of view is preferable but not a must. - Engineering from premier institutions is preferable but not a must. - A genuine passion for coding & a self-starter who can work in fragile start-up environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead a high quality team by example.
