Define quality standards and ensure compliance. 3. Source and develop vendors. 4. Achieve Top line and bottom line numbers for the product line. 5. Coordinate with marketing, category, operations team for related activities. Skills and experience : 1. Prior experience in sourcing and development of Private Labels in staples category. 2. Deep knowledge of source and variety of pulses/ dry fruits/ rice/ spices is preferred. 3. Problem solving and analytical mind set. 4. Experience of running packaging center is preferred.
