a) Identify key expansion areas (cities/ locations/ properties), source & build relationships with franchisee partners

b) Manage City Supply Manager's team for their work as well

c) Lead customer delight team to maintain standards regularly at partner properties and drive better guest experience based on feedback

d) Promotion path to become P&L owner/ manager for a region
