As a City Supply Manager, you will be in charge of developing franchises for the client. The key responsibilities include :
- Identify key expansion areas (cities/ locations/ properties) for getting new franchise partners
- Source & build relationships with franchisee partners
- Lead customer delight team to maintain standards regularly at franchisees and drive better guest experience based on feedback
- Overseeing the reservation processes
- On-boarding new relevant alliances and brands for sales channels

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent in negotiations on preferred terms & conditions/contract management
- Knowledge and exposure to legal & statutory contracting framework will be a plus

- Strong leadership quality with proven track record in leading a large field and office team
- Strong analytical skills
- Go-getter attitude and hands-on approach
