Job Description:
- Set and meet growth targets and navigate short-term and long-term sales cycles by acquiring new customers and servicing existing customers
- Conducting field sales meetings with customers on a regular basis to understand and improve sales processes, mentor team members and get more business
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors in the market
- Hiring team members basis a set of quantitative and qualitative tests
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
- Meeting audits with detailed performance measurement and feedback for improvement for team members
- Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, in a dynamic business environment - Knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis
Experience:
- 2+ years- experience in FMCG, Telecom, or other Sales intensive industry with an ability to manage mid-sized teams
- Startup experience is recommended.
- Compulsory language proficiency- Kannada (Bangalore), Marathi and Hindi (Mumbai, Pune)
