- The incumbent would be responsible for leading and growing Corporate Sales for AP. (Geography may get extended, based on the individual's capabilities)
- Achieve sales targets and creating growth by successfully managing the sales team, working across all the broad segments of Corporate Sales.
- Strategizing and guiding the team in acquiring new B2B customers and converting them and ensuring the regular business from them.
- Establishing sales opportunities (Doctor's Consultation on digital platform and allied services/ Client offerings) by networking, building relationships, establishing needs, conducting demonstrations and closing deals.
- Join the team members for key client meetings to support the deal process and help winning the corporate accounts.
- Supervise and motivate the Sales Team to obtain set objectives for account planning, customer prospecting and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying potential corporate clients and closing pan India tie-ups.
- Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and inquiry of new service.
- Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, connecting with key business executives.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement effective corporate communication.
