City Sales Head - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

1. City Sales Head (3 - 5 years experience) Locations - Bangalore

- Must have MBA from Tier 1 College

- Minimum 75 % marks in all Education

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven people to head our sales in Subscription business in, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.

Interested candidates should have the capability to scale in a startup environment with high growth potential and become a part of its success story. Some prerequisites for the position are :

- Handling a large team of managers & Sales executives for the city.

- Mentor & Drive the sales team to deliver their sales targets

- Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team and territories

- Establishing productive and professional relationships with partners and driving sales through them.

- Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to the masses.

- Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations.

- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.

- Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

- Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis.

- Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

Salary up to : 16 Lacs CTC + Medical
