- The City Sales Head achieves assigned city/region targets by driving a team of Field Sales Managers & Executives
- Managing the new business generation, revenues and cost of acquisition of the assigned city/region
- Generating business and cross/up selling of the financial products
- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity
- Deepening relationship with HNI customers and enhance customer experience/retention
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business to address the concerns
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of field sales team
- Drive employee engagement and Team building activities in city/region
