City Sales Head


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven City Sales Head to lead our sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the lending industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a City Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and expanding our presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the assigned city.

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and productivity.

- Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop plans to penetrate new markets and segments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and risk management, to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.

- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of lending products, regulations, and market dynamics is desirable.
