Their real time e-commerce platform has benefited more than a million customers as the platform is the game changer in the Real Estate and Property Industry.
With more than 500 employees, the organization is India's top most Property website. It is part of India's largest media house and has been growing by leaps and bounds every year.
They are looking to hire a City Sales Head responsible for managing the sales of the entire city. Your role would include:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Core team role with direct reporting to Leadership and P&L ownership
- Design & drive regional strategy & execution for B2b initiatives (including but not limited to corporate sales and real estate agents)
- Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective region
- Attract, retain & manage growth of city & area teams within the region
- Support & liaise with marketing, branding, sourcing, operations & finance teams
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Full time MBA / PGDM WITH Min- 7-13 years experience in a similar position preferably- in Corporate Sales
- Demonstrated- leadership qualities and should have good team handling experience.
- Strong- Sales experience and problem-solving skills
- Monitoring- of service level agreements, client specific requirements and company processes
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
- CTC: 20 to 25 lakhs per annum + Attractive Incentives in addition to salary
