- Build business process and operational model and strive to improve the same to achieve greater cost ratio

- Develop and nurture a high performing team consists of fundraisers, relationship officer, tele-fundraiser and data analyst

- Ensure continues flow of fundraising events for the team

- Manage and nurture the relationship with corporate, apartment complexes and institutions

- Represent organization professionally and ethically
