City P&L Head - Delhi NCR/Chandigarh/Hyderabad

Role - Key Features :

City P&L Responsibility : The individual will be responsible for complete P&L management of the city taking care of both demand & supply. The aim should be to ensure that the targets are not just achieved, rather outperformed.

Complete People Management : The individual would be doing all kinds of deals on the ground managing white collar, blue collar, yellow collar or no collar workers. He/She would have to navigate the legal & statutory system of the city and should know how to get things done anywhere, everywhere.

Complete Site Management : The Individual has to manage all the ground operations. The significant action would be on the ground, outside the office.

Complete Data Management : The individual has to be comfortable with data and numbers. 90% of the decisions are taken based on data. Hence data recording, maintenance, and analysis would surely feature as a non-compromisable management tenet here.

Candidate Profile :

- The individual is expected to understand business in entirety and align Sales, Finance, and Operations - all in a single direction.

- A mix of Consulting, Project Management, Business Development & Operations.
