City Operations Role - Retail

What you will do?

- Handle a team of Cluster Managers & Store Managers to ensure smooth operations

- Deliver best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics - on-time delivery, .complete orders and orders without complaints

- Identify and fix leakages in the system - wastage, pilferage and any other areas to optimize cost

- Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controls

- Keep the team motivated and accountable at all times

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post graduate with strong experience of 3+ years in Operations

- Highly data-driven individual who enjoys on-ground Operations

- Experience of operating in a fast-paced high growth Environment

- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organization.
