Role: City Operations Manager
Working Days: 6 Days a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory working)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us improve our post sales operations. You- ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As part of the leadership team, you will audit, overlook and implement all operations initiatives for the organization and efficiently manage teammates as well as inventory.
- Leading the City Operations Team of company by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and responsible for overall operations efficiency of the team and city.
- Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
- Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 10X growth
- Identifying, experimenting and executing innovative ideas for stabilizing the post sales services.
- Takes ownership and accountability for payment collection and asset reconciliation
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven field operations experience
- Team management skills to manage a field sales team
- Preferably a male candidate
- Should be proficient in English, Hindi and the local language.(preferred)
- Good with data handling using Excel and google sheets
- Expected to spend 50% time will on field for auditing, MC meetings and along with teammates if and when required
