City Operation Manager
Own the P & L of a city and manage the critical growth and performance metrics of both the business and people.
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate a team to ensure on- time launch of the city
- Shape in the market strategy and execute it as per the plan with the team
- Create, optimise, and iterate on the processes which will lead to outlets success
- Continually improve the customer experience through greater availability, higher seller and buyer onboarding
- Conduct deep research on the city. Know everything about the customer, the competition, city logistics, regulations, and the market opportunity.
- Make sure the market is growing, and do whatever it takes to make it better with every week.
- Set up the logistics and infrastructure required in each outlet.
- Make data- driven analytical decisions and run experiments to continually redefine what is normal
- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
- Drive launch of new products within his city
