City Manager
1. City P&L Responsibility: The senior manager will be responsible for complete P&L management of the city. The aim should be to ensure that the targets are not just achieved, rather outperformed.
2. Complete People Management: The senior manager would be doing all kinds of deals on the ground, managing white collar, blue collar, yellow collar or no collar workers. He/She would have to navigate the police and legal system of the city and should know how to get things done anywhere, everywhere.
3. Complete Site Management: Given that we are an early stage organization, plus it's a real estate play
- The person should be comfortable managing all the ground operations. The significant action would be on the ground, outside the office.
4. Complete Data Management: The senior manager has to be comfortable with data and numbers.
90% of the decisions are taken based on data. Hence data recording, maintenance, and analysis would surely feature as a non-compromisable management tenet here.
