A leading Digital Education Organization is looking for City Manager for Mumbai location -

Job Description

- Need to have atleast 7 years of Team Handling Experience

- Team size should be 20-25 Field Agents

- Good people management skills

- Should have worked on aggressive Sales Target

- Generate revenue of monthly 30lac-40 lac

- Should have the background of Field Sales

- Stability in the profile is a must and should not be Job Hopper

- Should be strong a Decision maker

- Will be responsible for Achieving Team Targets & driving city revenue independently

- Will be responsible for Lead assignments to the agents.

- Developing Sales Strategy

- Taking Daily Briefing of the Team

- Giving Refresher Training to the bottom quartile agents

Required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Good experience of Data Management

- Strong team handling skills

- Good experience of Field Sales in past

- Should have dealt with aggressive sales target in the past

Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
