We have an urgent opeing for City Manager in Mumbai / Kolkata

City Manager :

Job Role : The City Manager would be primarily responsible for leading and executing the business set up for PharmEasy in the city. He will be responsible for the strategy and the execution of the business plan in his region

Location : Kolkata / Mumbai ( Ghatkopar west.)

Experience : 2 to 5 years

CTC : 6 TO 10 LPA

KRA :

- Set up the city operations and come up with a launch plan

- Build, Train, Manage and lead a team to drive operations across the city

- Develop a network of retailers across the city and execute the onboarding process for them

- Maintain relationship with the retailers and the various stakeholders

- Manage the customer requirements and create world class customer experience

- Create and implement process for order management, logistics management and accounts management

- Analyzing and reporting the financial and operational metrics to the HO

Requirements :

- Proven leadership, supervisory and project management skills

- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve

- Strong Communication Skills

- Qualification : Post Graduate (MBA ) with tier 1 college
