We are hiring City Manager for a fast-paced organization providing logistics, warehouse and distributions services across different industries.

Position: City Manager

Responsibilities

- Be the Leader in the respective geography and maintain End-to-End responsibility in these regions

- Complete P&L responsibility in the region

- Implementing growth strategies, Business Development and Operations Management

- Hiring, Managing and charting growth path for Sales & Operations teams

- Day-to-day interactions with CEO/ Company HQ

Candidate Specifications :

Any graduate/PG from premium institutes (IIM/ISB/IIT/NIT/BITS) etc.

- 3-7 years experience in constituting, business development and account management role

- Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business

- Extrovert, pleasant personality, go-getter and self-learner

- Natural bent towards Sales and Business development

- Ability to build a team, foster a cohesive and creative working environment

- Attention to details with swift execution and multitasking
