Job Description

Need to have atleast 7 years of Team Handling Experience

Team size should be 20-25 Field Agents

Good people management skills

Should have worked on aggressive Sales Target

Should have the background of Field Sales

Stability in the profile is a must and should not be Job Hopper

Should be strong a Decision maker

Will be responsible for Achieving Team Targets & driving city revenue independently

Will be responsible for Lead assignments to the agents.

Developing Sales Strategy

Taking Daily Briefing of the Team

Giving Refresher Training to the bottom quartile agents

Required:

Excellent communication skills

Good experience of Data Management

Strong team handling skills

Good experience of Field Sales in past

Should have dealt with aggressive sales target in the past
