Job opportunity with a Facilities Services Company.

Job Location : Mumbai

Experience : 4-10 yrs (Candidates from Consumer Durables Industry will be preferred)

Qualification : MBA from Premier college)

We are looking out for champions to joins the team and build the business.

This role is responsible for entrepreneurially managing the operations of the city - with a broad spectrum of responsibilities that would include: Managing and matching the supply and demand ratio, Increasing conversion rate and constant customer satisfaction rating, participating and innovating for marketing initiatives, managing, motivating and leading team members towards the common goal.

The position will be working towards launching operations at our very early stage and will be expected to work with people at all levels in the hierarchy. As a core responsibility, she/he will be SPOC for the city for any kind of communication.

The growth of the candidate in the company will depend upon his ability and success in taking corrective actions and initiatives. He/She will be expected to prepare a great team, train and retain each team member. We strongly believe in the power of empowerment & delegation.

Roles and Responsibility:

The Role of city manager would be to entrepreneurially manage the city operations

Responsible to ensure streamlined operations via ensuring execution of defined processes. Be a part of online conferences and discuss issues and solutions.

City manager will manage following teams:

a) Network on-boarding,

b) Network audit & quality,

c) client and customer servicing,

d) marketing and BTL promotions agency,

e) other vendors and suppliers for the city.

- Escalations from HO - Service quality desk to be handled and resolved by the city manager

- Maintain quality and grow supply of servicemen network. Work with marketing team to run campaigns for servicemen on-boarding.

- City Manager will be SPOC for any other city or senior management.

- Each city manager will have the independence to take city level decisions, he/she is expected to innovate, find gaps, improve, restructure and execute.

- Overall city profitability
