Responsibilities: - The overall growth of the city, including the user base; managing end to end P&L of a city - Planning the roadmap for new account acquisition in the city and ensuring its execution - Building the brand in a new city from scratch; hiring campus managers, training, partnership development, sales, operations, and customer experience - Launching and expanding a business, building and managing end to end operations and overseeing portfolio performance Requirements: - You are a graduate from any of the Indian Institutes of Technology - You have close to one year of experience in sales/operations, startup exp is a plus - You are a competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sale and marketing plans from scratch
