Job Description

Groupon India is looking for Senior Management Pan India to help run their sales and operations teams in the respective regions. We are looking for very apt, talented, ambitious people with a strong interest in entrepreneurship to join our region-based management team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Develop and execute regional management strategies aimed at exceeding financial targets.

- Autonomously run the regional portfolio and make all executive decisions directly effecting its success.

- Effectively manage, train and communicate KPI's to regional teams.

- Uniquely identify emerging trends within each region whilst applying this knowledge to leverage sales.

- Acquire in-depth knowledge about key industry performance indicators.

- Develop sales strategies, effectively communicate it to the team and, successfully translate them into revenue.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Graduation, MBA's or similar from tier 1 schools will be preferred.

- At least Five years work experience, preferably in e-commerce, business development and start-ups.

- Proven experience in achieving and over exceeding on set targets.

- Diligent to stay with an account and deliver on the opportunity, providing reporting and modeling as needed.

- Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with external customers.

- Ability to inspire, train and develop sales people for promotion.

- A desire to significantly impact business revenue.

- Clear, concise written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Strong working knowledge of emerging Internet trends

Impeccable interpersonal and social skills, positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential.
