This role requires incumbent to effectively manage retail operations across all clinics, to maximize sales and profitability. To lead and inspire the team to deliver consistently high standard of patient service care and maximize business development opportunities through various initiatives.

- Identify, plan and implement business development opportunities to grow sales, profit, and to motivate staff to achieve this same goals.

- Deliver on budgeted revenue and collections targets.

- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans in line with the strategic goals and action plan

- Drive the business development team and clinical team at the centre level to achieve the set targets.

- Sales, Marketing - Plan and support sales and marketing activities (ATL / BTL)

- To promote a customer centric approach within the business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently ensuring that all the patient complaints are promptly and professionally attended at the centre level.

- Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff.

- Ensure all clinics adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures

- Working in conjunction with consultants, contractors and Project team, to carry out new property / site evaluations

- Implementing continuous improvement processes to the operational systems by development of operational policies, workflows and policies for each department to support of organizations mission - specifically to efficiency in patient care, management reporting, information flow and the business process.

- A proven track record in retail management

- Experience of managing multi site operations and task

- Experience of creating a sales culture and driving sales

- Demonstrable experience of recruiting and managing teams, including performance management and career development

- Experience of working with P&L accounts, budgeting and forecasting

- Experience of translating vision/broad strategies into specific targets and tasks.
