We are looking for a motivated, versatile and target driven - Sales and Business Development professional to join our Business Development team and work on outreach, acquisition, onboarding of clients and partnerships.

Job Location : Delhi-NCR
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Eligible Streams : MBA (Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges) or Tier 1 Engineering colleges with BD/ Sales experience
Industry experience : Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Facility Management companies, Apartment management companies
Skill Required :
- Be a self motivated and focused team player with great organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Hustler. Sales to get new machine orders from residential and corporate clients
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
- Key Accounts and Relationship Management
- Oversee generation of new leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media etc.)
- Develop and nurture a strong relationship with Clients
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options
- Prior experience of Retail Startup is a plus
- Have handled multiple cities operations in previous stints
- Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind
- Comfortable to work in a startup environment
Preferred Candidates :
- 5 to 10 Years of experience
- Good to have is prior experience of working in Facility Management companies/ Corporate Supplies/ Retail/ Grocery
- Should have Corporate Sales Experience; Admin, Facility Managers, Office Manager Contacts (Ex-Admin background with good experience and contacts)
