We have an urgent role with online food ordering giant at multiple locations

Location - Agra, Lucknow Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Vadodra Varanasi Vijayawada Vizag


Position : City Lead/GM - Online Ordering

Qualification : MBA - Tier 1 Colleges

CTC : 30/40 Lacs

Requirement : Exp in boarding merchants ( Hotels / Restaurants/ Bars etc) preferably

Profile :

Here is what you will work towards and be responsible for:

- Own and lead end to end city business and P&L for Online Ordering business in the city

- In the next 12 months we foresee a potential 2x growth in our Delivery revenue in these markets and a significant growth in the number of merchants on-board.

You will manage the revenue for the business by planning, strategizing, and executing operations to meet and exceed targets.

This would also involve -

- Plan, prioritize and execute sustainable solutions for user and merchant growth

- Own the full stack of roles from supply, fulfillment, product experience, marketing and user growth o Work closely with the central services team and solve for long and short term issues with sustainable solutions

- Sustain and grow the revenue by new merchant acquisitions and retention o Build and lead a layered sales team - formulate targets, city priorities and incentive plans, drive recruitment, training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth and transfer of learning across the region

- Develop plans for key accounts, manage their expectations and contribute towards client satisfaction

- To accomplish this we are looking for someone with - an aptitude for problem solving, ability for astute decision making and strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a high performing sales and account management team

Who fits the bill?

- Should have 4 to 6 years of experience with substantial experience in driving numbers, business development, account management and sales roles across industry

- Enjoys solving complex problems through analytical excellence and commercial acumen

- Has strong people skills with 2+ years of experience in managing and leading layered teams and budgets

- Proven track record of achieving targets - including planning, team management and execution of plans to achieve the desired business goals - Should possess - strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get shit done

- Has good business judgment, strong prioritization skills, an unwavering focus, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment
