- Planning and Contract Management

- Post-delivery from projects manage snag identification; coordination's and timely delivery on snags in sync with other teams.

- Ensuring cost effective and timely delivery of requirements raised and changes requested by the client during the contract.

- Ensure procurement of the product and maintenance of the building as per the contract signed.

- Ensure complete documentation of communication with all stakeholders and ensure that all have the required information.

- Maintain the Quality Standards of the Project as per the Contract and as per the Company Standards.

- Guide the team to maintain the service standards and constantly work towards increase the standards.

- Manage and determine the client requirements & optimum operation methods to deliver services committed.

- Communicate the quality parameters to all stakeholders to ensure zero deviation.

- Conduct floor walks with the team to ensure complete preparedness of the facility.

- Conduct audit & maintain cost efficiency in utilities by wastage control mechanism and cost-effective procurement.

- Ensure successful collaboration and stimulate efficient Vendor Management.

- Manage the contracts signed with the vendor and ensure that the deliverable are as per the commercials discussed.

- Establish standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring vendors to ensure the policies and processes are being followed.

- Monitor the work done and performance of the vendors, identify training needs and create improvement plans.

- Ensure timely invoicing and cost optimization through the vendor to ensure cost efficiency.

- Create strategy for efficiency in service delivery and SLA Management.

- Ensure efficient Resource Management :

- Audit the capability nd training done for the staff provided by the vendor.

- Ensure compliance to the contract signed and SOPS agreed upon.

- Ensure Efficient People Management

- Onboard resources to the project and ensure alignment of all with the SLAs, SOPs and Contract.

- Train, counsel, motivate and maintain high team morale and positive relations within the team

- Work towards the growth of the resources in the team.

- Work efficiently with other teams and ensure seamless communication.
