As the social media manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. You will be responsible for implementing social media strategies for clients. You would support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns, specific to social media.

Responsibilities :

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

- Manage and oversee social media content

- Measure the success of every social media campaign

- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and

- Answering questions where appropriate

- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns

Requirements :

- Creative and innovative bright mind

- Degree in any stream from an eminent institute

- Minimum 4 years- experience in Social Media Company/ freelancing

- Should have experience in team handling for at least 2 years in the same domain

- Excellent communication skills

- Can communicate with clients and make the delivery done at time

- Should be aware of all new tools and techniques in social media domain
