1)7+ to 10 Yrs of B2B exp. in Fintech or BFSI Industry
2) Responsible for alliances/tie-ups with financial companies to increase the lender base.
3) Candidates from Fintech, Edtech, financial co, Payment gateways, Broking firms preferred.
4) improvise upon existing sales process and analyzing each deal to improve conversion rates, number of closures each month
5) Manage and mentor a team of 5 to 7 relationship managers. Must have experience in Channel Development and Management in Financial industry.
