A well funded start- up organization is looking for City Head.

Direct Reporting to : Founder

Capabilities :

- Start-up attitude is a must : quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Should have worked with either top notch consulting firms, big FMCG brands and start up experience

- Ability to structure complex problems and operations experience is very relevant for this position

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable,since this job involves management of end to end P&L

Candidate must be high on energy

Responsibilities:

- Mini CEO role : a critical job that involves managing end to end P&L of a city

- Building the brand in a new city from scratch: hiring,training, new stores, and business development.

- Execution of growth of outlets through understanding of product market fit and strong innovative marketing to capture customers

- Very high on execution role with complete autonomy
