RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Proven Sales Leader with clear focus to drive daily, weekly and Monthly Offline GMV numbers on a sustainable basis

- Manage the P&L end to end for a hub

- Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team and ensure meeting of the URN targets

- Responsible for managing operations (Quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer exp.

- Building sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective

- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key Resources

- Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues

- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies
