Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this person will be responsible for:
- Devising complete strategy
- Understanding the different laws when it comes to planning
- Understanding the external conditions while planning
- Executing the devised plans within a stipulated time frame
- Handling end to end operational drive
- Managing key stakeholders
- Liasoning with different vendors
- Driving the complete business and taking accountability
- Interpreting data and deducing outcomes according to that
- Managing the P&L for the city (Primary focus: Supply and Demand in the region)
- Growing revenues and customer base in the city
- Managing deployment and quality of employees in the city
- Executing local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
- Identifying and building strategic alliances with enterprise customers
Profile
- Top B School/Top Engineering College
- 3-5 yrs exp
- FMCG Sales experience preferable
- Entreprenurial stint
- Team management
