- Dealer appointment to attain market penetration target
- Distributor/dealer management for monthly sales (Activation/Revenue) targets
- Distributor primary (Box/TSK/EVD/Paper Recharge)
- Distributor/dealer hardware/voucher inventory management, credit notes
- Training of the distributor/dealer staff
- Performance review of distributors; periodic review (monthly/quarterly)
- Demonstrate pro-active and high initiative behavior to achieve business integrity goals
- Assist the Trade Marketing Executives in handling local promotions/POS communication and utilization
- Monitor the merchandizers in ensuring the POS utilization and visibility in the market place
- Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ consumers / competition
