Experience : 8 - 10 years in Retail, FMCG, Telecom or Insurance sector. Should have handled business volume of min 40 crore

Location: Pune

Education Qualification: Post Graduate

Role & Responsibility :

- Achieve City targets of sales and cost limits. Responsible for city P&L

- Build leadership team in all stores with back up plans

- Ensure SOPs regarding operations/ Merchandise/ plannogram are adhered to by all stores and implemented

- Standard store up keep across all the stores

- Ensuring city customer service index is up to the set targets

- Ensuring proper inventory audits happen in all stores and WH

- Cost control measures for the city using various synchronized activities

- Strict implementation of the training activities and tracking of the same.

- Building talent pipeline by motivating second in line for development programs

- Develop alternate business segments like D&B, Institutional business, MK business

- Develop customer acquisition programs like Out reach, exhibition sales and conducting events within the stores.

- Conducting proper reviews and draw out monthly action plans

- Identifying potential business expansion plans within the city

- Thorough on the statutory compliance and local laws and updating the changes time to time to the HO commercial/statutory teams

- Ensuring all stores adhere to statutory compliance

- Develop systems to reduce leakage of costs, and improving standards of customer service efficiency
