Key Requirements:
- Currently in a similar role, reporting to the NSH/CBO, with a comprehensive understanding of the consumer internet industry.
- Lead and oversee the retail sales team, ensuring effective management and motivation of the team members.
- Proven track record in B2B selling, preferably in industries where 'hard-sell' is the norm.
- Experience in navigating and succeeding in challenging market conditions is highly valued.
- Strong regional experience in handling entire region sales and being an integral part of the regional/sales/business leadership team in the current or previous organizations.
- Capable of successfully managing a high-margin business, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Consistent and proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver growth of 30 to 40% yearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage renewal rates above 70%, ensuring long-term client relationships and business sustainability.
- Implement strategies to maintain high renewal rates and foster long-term client relationships.
- Drive revenue generation and meet financial targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the NSH/CBO to align business strategies and contribute to overall organizational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in a revenue generation role, showcasing the ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies in challenging market conditions.
- Foster a customer-centric approach while maintaining a focus on profitable business management.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor activities.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in B2B business with a proven track record of effectively managing larger teams, comprising a minimum of 50 members
- Post Graduation from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college; preferably B.E /B.Tech + MBA
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members. Lead by example and set high standards for the team.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Skill in building and nurturing a high-performing team.
