- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Prepare, lead and execute the sales plan for the geography
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and senior management
- Build sales management processes , funnel management, activation, and expansion
- Work collaboratively across teams - Product and Marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Work with the management team on enhancing profitability and efficiency through the company's operations.
- Manage field Operations. Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
Skills and experience:
- MBA with 8-12 years of experience
- Must have experience in Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, process Improvement and vendor Management.
- Must have strong experience in building, training and managing a team.
- Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment. Must be street smart and should have the ability to handle crunch situations effectively.
- Should have excellent leadership and people management skills. Experience in managing a large and diverse team will be prioritized.
- Experience in working with startups will be beneficial.
- Comfortable with travel in a dynamic and uncertain start-up environment.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
