- 3-6 years of experience in sales and have led large teams across various cities - Strong academic pedigree: Tier-1 undergrad or MBA Companies: Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce handling volume delivery - Led large teams in sales (100+ directly/indirectly) and direct reportees of cluster/city heads - Monitor daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to improve funnel shape and deliver monthly targets - Discover &amp; scale new offline sales channels to fuel growth - Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence. - Hire, train, mentor and drive sales teams across geographies - Review teams and Improve sales effectiveness by using data backed insights - Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions
