This opening is for E-commerce on line grocery store

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven people to head our Subscription business in Bangalore. Interested candidates should have the capability to scale in a startup environment with high growth potential and become a part of its success story. Some prerequisites for the position are:

- City Head/ Regional Business Manager level experience from FMCG/Telecom/Ecommerce

- Experience: 6 to 10 years.

- Preferably from a top B school (engineering degree will be a plus)

- Experience in handling both Sales & Marketing and the Operations in a city/region.

- Strategic planning and initiatives to achieve targets.

- Very good communication and strong analytical skills.

- Strong people management skills

- Thrives in competitive environment to drive teams to deliver targets

- Proactively design process and systems for customer centric solutions

- Oversee the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customer expectations.

- Provide direction & Guidance to the Sales & Operations teams.

- Ownership of P&L of the city and make growth plans in conjunction with all the teams and ensure targets are met.
