What does this role hold for you-

- Handle and guide the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Guiding and training the Team Managers regarding the market, services and competition.

- Monitor team productivity and help poor performers in improving his productivity.

- Ensure team compliance with sales quality guidelines and CRM updating guidelines.

- Coordinate with legal and registration team for closing customer transactions.

- Handle customer escalations wherever required to achieve to closure

- Ensure collection of revenues from customers.

- Achieving the overall defined targets by driving the teams.

- Building the teams effectively

Apply if you have-

- Experience in Sales with minimum 7 yrs

- Handled a team

- Good Communication Skills.

- Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Product solutions to Prospects.

- High levels of passion and ownership.

Candidate's Profile:

1. Insurance/ BFSI Background

2. B2C Sales Only

3. Home Loan guys would work - Should have handled Home Loans directly and not through distributors

4. Educational Background - Tiier 2 MBA institutes - Wellingkar/ Symbiosis/ KJ Somaya/ Christ College/ XLRI etc

5. Used to High Work Pressure environment - comfortable stretching over weekends

6. Age 30-35 Yrs - not more than that
