City Head - Real Estate/Home Loan

Position: City Head

- As City Head you will be managing Companies Alliances, Banking strategy team

- Engage with builder teams and help them understand and implement right banking strategy

- Gathering required data from builder team and run analytics to find out optimum banking strategy

- Create banking schemes for home loan consumer and coordinate with builder and bank for same

- Create all payment programs and scheme on dashboard

- Coordinating with product on any changes in respect to scheme workings

- Informing/training internal and external teams on scheme workings and payment plans coordinating respective teams

- Meeting with Bank teams and understanding products and create banking schemes

Requirement:

- Experience in Home Loan

- Experience in Real Estate

- Prior Experience in Managing City / State / National Team

- External CXO Team Management

- Minimum 8 to 20 years of experience

- Education: MBA
