- Your responsibility will be to own the P&L for the city for one of the leading housing solution platforms, you shall drive growth and acquire new avenues for futher increment in top line with your team of sales managers.

The organization is a leading online aggregator providing housing solutions. It has presence across major cities in India and is known for providing seamless customer experience with respect to deposits, brokerage, house visits and maintenance.

Description

The position reports to VP, Growth:

- Overall P&L of the Chennai region

- Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business

- Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience

- Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy

- Managing a sizeable team which will assist you in the aforementioned tasks

Profile

- You will have an MBA from TIER 1 Pedigree with atleast 5 years of experience. You should have a proven track record of success in Sales and team management. You should have strong communication skills in the local language.
