- P&L Management of the city

- Growth, Profitability and Operational Service levels

- Build processes on which teams would be working to increase the overall efficiency and reliability.

- Have an account management perspective and work with enterprises on a strategic level to improve their performance.

- Lead focused, collaborative, cross-functional deep-dive workshops for high priority initiatives and bring process and data-driven focused approach to support the organization's goals.

- Provide strong project management skills & expertise in quality management

- Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to build scalable processes

- Define KPIs/KRAs on which would form the base for different processes
