Job Description:

- P&L Management of the city

- Growth, Profitability and Operational Service levels

- Build processes on which teams would be working to increase the overall efficiency and reliability

- Have an account management perspective and work with enterprises on a strategic level to improve their performance

- Lead focused, collaborative, cross-functional deep-dive workshops for high priority initiatives and bring process and data-driven focused approach to support the organization's goals

- Provide strong project management skills & expertise in quality management

- Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to build scalable processes

- Define KPIs/KRAs on which would form the base for different processes

Job Specification:

- Should have completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree from Tier-I college.

- Must have experience of Managing a large diverse team.

- Must have experience of managing P&L of a region or cluster.

- Must have experience of working in a client Facing set up.

- Excellent in Operational Chaos Management/Problem Solving/ Root Cause Analysis.

- Should be Structured/Analytical in nature.
