Experience: 5-8years of work experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

- P&L Owner for assigned portfolio or city at Park+ managing multiple metrics of the business and ensure a high-quality customer experience

- Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables for new projects and drive timely delivery of projects

- Drive timely collection of recurring revenue and plan additional revenue streams for existing business

- Develop a Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, and lead the team to deliver effectively

- Maintain relationships with the Key clients in the designated area and mentor the team towards the right relationship management with their respective clients

- Connect with different stakeholders within the organization and outside the organization to launch new initiatives/projects

- Hire, train and mentor a goal and target oriented ground operations team to deliver the best results

- Prepare proposals and provide technological suggestions for driving automation across different processes to minimize manual tasks and bring efficiency.

- Forecast and set short term and long term budget and Profitability to ensure that all objectives will be reached

- Participates in strategic planning to improve overall business efficiency

- Drive teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with national Heads and organizational goals

- Adept at making judgment calls to move things fast

- Fast learner

What you need to have:

- 5-8years of work experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience

- Knowledge of Automatic Boom Barriers / Security Systems Installation would be an advantage

- Self-motivator and good leadership qualities

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Excellent communication and team management skills

- Startups experience preferred
