City Head - Online/Internet/Retail/FMCG

Position - City Head

Location - Chandigarh

Job Description:

- P&L ownership of the city, including sales.

- Manage the performance of all employees in the city across HR, B&M, operations, etc.

- Own day-to- day operational metrics; along with team management, ensuring process adherence, quality and resource planning.

- Plan marketing activities and review sales reports with a view to meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

- Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence.

- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.

- Work closely with cross functional teams within like Marketing, Tech to deliver business goals.

- Conduct Periodic performance reviews with the team and key business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- >6 years of experience in FMCG or retail.

- Strong problem solving and analytical ability.

- Self-driven with strong inter-personal skills.

- Experience in handling sales and marketing or retail store operations.

- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.

- MBA is a plus.
