Job Description :
- Leading a city team of young and ambitious sales and marketing executives in running the best on-demand food delivery service while constantly upping the benchmark
- Being the face of the organization in that community while being in charge of sustaining and growing the city's revenues (with P&L responsibilities)
- Leading sales teams in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing accounts
- Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activation's
- Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and leading the Operations team in delivering the best customer experience
- Capability to have a 360 degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources
- Managing the administration function, reporting operational performance, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team
The Successful Candidate :
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years in Sales or Marketing or Operations with a penchant for leadership
- Graduate with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills
Oral skills : English and Hindi/Local Language)
- Self-motivated visionary with excellent interpersonal skills who can inspire the best from a team
- Aptitude to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region
- Ability to foresee the macro factors affecting the business and strategize pre-emptively
- Ability to establish and expand a wide network of trust-based relationships with exceptional communication and presentation skills -Competent decision-making ability
- High ethical standards
